Sacramento, CA. – One person was injured in a collision involving a Sacramento County sheriff's deputy on Monday afternoon in North Highlands.
The accident happened at the intersection of Elkhorn Boulevard and Walerga Road at around 6 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A deputy's vehicle reportedly collided with a vehicle only occupied by a driver.
