Washington State Patrol says one person was injured after three vehicles collided on Highway 18 near Mercer Way in King County

King County, Wash. – At least one person was injured in a head-on collision near Issaquah in King County on Wednesday morning.
The collision happened on Highway 18 just west of Interstate 90 Freeway at around 7:30 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision. Two of the cars reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.

Authorities say at least one person was injured in the accident.
The severity of the injuries sustained by the victim was not immediately determined.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
