Sacramento, CA. – At least one person was injured in a car accident that happened in Elk Grove on Wednesday morning.
At around 6:22 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on southbound Highway 99 near Sheldon Road.
The officers who responded to the incident located five vehicles at the accident scene. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately established.
At least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
