1 Injured in Collision on 580 Freeway near 35th Avenue
Oakland, California (July 15, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a major injury crash that occurred on Friday night in Oakland.
The accident was reported at around 10:27 p.m. on the 580 Freeway near 35th Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The impact of the crash caused one of the cars to flip onto its side.
CHP says one person suffered major injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
