Sunnyvale, CA. – One person was injured following a multi-vehicle accident late Monday afternoon in Sunnyvale, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened on westbound Highway 237, just west of Lawrence Expressway at around 5:39 p.m.
Per the dispatch, three vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
Emergency crews and medics rushed to the scene to aid one person hurt in the collision.
The vehicles were blocking the middle lanes following the crash. All lanes were reopened as of 6:38 p.m.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident scene.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
