Several vehicles were involved in the collision that happened in the southbound lanes of SR 51
Phoenix, AZ.- Multiple parties were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Phoenix early Saturday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The incident occurred on State Route 51 near Glendale Avenue at around 3:45 a.m. September 13.
Several vehicles were involved in the collision that happened in the southbound lanes of SR 51.
Multiple people were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The number of those hurt and the extent of their injuries were not specified.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
