A vehicle was traveling west on Ocean Boulevard when it tried to turn left onto Long Beach Boulevard and was hit by a second vehicle

Long Beach, CA.- Several people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Long Beach early Saturday morning, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The incident took place on Long Beach Boulevard and Ocean Boulevard at about 1:30 a.m. April 26.
A vehicle was traveling west on Ocean Boulevard when it tried to turn left onto Long Beach Boulevard and was hit by a second vehicle.
The impact caused one of the vehicles, a gray Kia Rio sedan, to strike a traffic pole in the center median.
The other vehicle, a black Honda Civic Sport sedan, came to a rest in the sidewalk.
Six people were taken to hospital with minor to major injuries.
One of the patients, an adult woman, was in critical condition.
Police are investigating the incident.
