Five Hurt in Mid-Wilshire Accident on Wilshire Boulevard 

Mid-Wilshire, California (May 18, 2023) – Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The wreck took place in the 4500 block of Wilshire Boulevard near Muirfield Road shortly after 5 p.m. May 17.

Three vehicles were involved in the rollover collision.

One person was freed from the wreckage and was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.

Four other patients were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

The crash caused the closure of Muirfield Road for several hours.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
