5 Injured in San Bernardino Car Crash on 215 Freeway near Devore Road

San Bernardino, California (February 23, 2023) – Several people, including two babies, were injured in a suspected DUI car accident on Thursday morning in San Bernardino.

At around 9:43 a.m., the California Highway Patrol dispatch received reports of a traffic collision on 215 Freeway near Devore Road.

At least three vehicles including a minivan were involved in the crash, but the circumstances of the collision were not immediately established.

The minivan reportedly overturned after the collision, landing on its roof.

Five people, including two babies, were inside the van and were injured in the accident. CHP says some of the patients had major injuries.

Although more details about the crash were unavailable, authorities believe DUI might have been a factor in the collision.
