Deputies with the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station were pursuing the stolen car when the suspect collided with at least two other vehicles
Los Angeles, CA.– Five people were injured when a pursuit of a suspected stolen vehicle ended in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday evening in West Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The wreck took place near Overland Avenue and Clarkson Road just before 7:50 p.m. August 13.
Deputies with the East Los Angeles Sheriff's Station were pursuing the stolen car when the suspect collided with at least two other vehicles.
One of the vehicles burst into flames following the accident.
Four people were transported to hospitals with serious injuries.
A fifth party was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
No further details were released.
The incident is under investigation.
