4 Killed in Linn County Car Crash on Highway 226 near Fish Hatchery Drive

Portland, Oregon (February 2, 2023) – Four people were killed in a car crash that left an 8-month-old baby injured in Linn County on Monday evening, on January 30.

The tragic crash happened on Highway 226 near Fish Hatchery Drive at around 7:30 p.m., according to the Oregon State Police.

20-year-old Travis Longo of Albany was driving a Hyundai Elantra when he drifted across the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming Kia Sorrento.

The impact of the collision caused the Elantra to roll over onto its roof.

Longo and his passengers, 18-year-old Chloe Richmond and 18-year-old Skye Huskey, both from Lebanon, were killed in the accident.

The driver of the second car, 29-year-old Jessica Petrine, was also killed in the accident. Her 8-month-old girl was transported to Lebanon Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
