Phoenix, Arizona (October 4, 2022) – Four people were hospitalized after a crash in Maryvale, west Phoenix, on Tuesday morning.

Phoenix police say the crash happened near 35th Avenue and Thomas Road at around 4:00 a.m.

A vehicle was traveling east on Thomas Road when it crashed into a car traveling north on 35th Avenue.

Three women in the northbound car were injured in the crash and were taken to the hospital for treatment in critical condition.

One of the two men in the eastbound car was also injured and was hospitalized.

No additional information about the crash was provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
