Pedestrian Killed in Midway District Crash on Hancock Street and Camino Del Rio West
Midway District, CA.– A 33-year-old pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle in the Midway District area late Friday night, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The accident was reported at around 11:11 p.m. November 14, on Hancock Street and Camino Del Rio West.
According to the authorities, a pedestrian was running eastbound across the intersection against a red light when he was hit by a northbound BMW.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
The driver, a 55-year-old woman, was not suspected to have been impaired.
The San Diego Police Department is investigating the accident.
