Three Hurt in Yuba City Accident on South Walton Avenue

Yuba City, California (February 7, 2023) -Three pedestrians were hit and injured by an alleged DUI driver in Yuba City on Monday afternoon, according to the authorities.

The crash happened at South Walton Avenue and Camino De Flores at around 2:15 p.m. February 6.

According to the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office, two adults and a minor were walking in the area when they were hit by a vehicle driven by Chera Center, 49, of Yuba City.

The victims were hospitalized with major injuries.

Chera and her minor passenger were not hurt.

Authorities arrested the driver on multiple charges including DUI.

The crash is under investigation.
