3 Men in Critical Condition After 4-Vehicle Collision near 51St Avenue and Acoma Drive

Phoenix, Arizona (February 24, 2023) – Three men were hospitalized in critical condition after a head-on collision that happened Thursday night in Phoenix.

According to Phoenix police, the accident took place just before 8 p.m. near 51st Avenue and Acoma Drive.

Four vehicles were involved in the head-on collision under unclear circumstances.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and freed two men who got trapped in the wreckage.

The two men and a third man were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
