2 WSP Troopers Injured in Car Accident on I-90 near Broadway in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley, Washington (April 30, 2023) – Two Washington State Patrol officers were injured in a car crash early Sunday morning in Spokane Valley.

According to the WSP, the accident happened on Interstate 90 Freeway near Broadway.

The officers were traveling westbound in a patrol car when they were rear-ended by a 19-year-old driver traveling at a high rate of speed.

Both vehicles were totalled in the crash.

Two officers and the driver of the second car were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
