1 Hospitalized after Los Angeles County Crash on Interstate 5 

Los Angeles County, California (March 12, 2023) – At least one person was hospitalized after a traffic collision in Los Angeles County on Sunday afternoon, according to the authorities.

The incident took place on Interstate 5 near Lyons Avenue at around 1:15 p.m. 

The California Highway Patrol said a gray SUV and a white Toyota 4-Runner crashed on the southbound side of Interstate 5 and the SUV overturned, ejecting a passenger from the vehicle.

One person was transported from the scene in unknown condition.

The crash caused lane closures as authorities worked to clear the scene.

The CHP is investigating the incident.
