1 Injured in Fallbrook Crash on South Mission and Rockycrest Roads

Fallbrook, California (March 6, 2023) – One person was injured in a traffic collision in Fallbrook on Monday morning, according to the North County Fire Protection District.

The wreck happened at around 6 a.m. near South Mission and Rockycrest roads.

Authorities said a Honda Element and a Toyota 4Runner were involved in a T-bone collision.

The driver of the Honda was extricated and airlifted to Palomar Medical Center with moderate injuries.

Mission Road was shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.

The accident is under investigation.
