2 Killed in Visalia Crash on Demaree Street near West La Vida Avenue

Visalia, California (March 16, 2023) – Two people died following a traffic collision on Wednesday afternoon in Visalia, according to the Visalia Police Department.

The wreck happened on Demaree Street, south of West La Vida Avenue, at about 12:30 p.m. March 15.

Police said a black GMC truck was heading north on Demaree Street when it swerved into the southbound side and collided with a black Cadillac sedan.

The two occupants of the sedan were killed in the collision.

The driver of the truck was taken to a local hospital with unspecified injuries.

The Visalia Police Department is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
