2 Injured in Motorcycle Accident at Avenue B and County 13th Street in Yuma
Yuma, Arizona (April 23, 2023) – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a motorcycle accident in Yuma on early Saturday morning.
According to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO), the accident happened at around 12:47 a.m. in the area of Avenue B and County 13th Street.
A 2015 Nissan Versa was traveling eastbound on County 13th Street when it failed to yield the right of way and collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling south on Avenue B.
The motorcyclist, identified only as a 58-year-old man from Yuma, was seriously injured in the crash and was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center.
The driver of the Nissan Versa suffered minor injuries and was taken to YRMC.
