Two Hurt in Blythe Crash on Interstate 10 near Callbox 1432
Blythe, California (February 11, 2023) – Two people were injured in a collision involving a semi-truck west of Blythe on Friday afternoon, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The crash was reported at about 4:10 p.m. February 10, on Interstate 10 near Callbox 1432.
Authorities said a semi truck rolled over into a ditch and spilled 200 gallons of fuel.
Two people were airlifted to a hospital with moderate injuries.
Crews from the Riverside County Environmental Health responded to the scene to help with the clean-up.
It’s unclear what led up to the collision.
The crash is under investigation.
