Phoenix, Arizona (April 23, 2023) – Two people were injured in a collision involving a suspect who was attempting to flee from a traffic stop in Phoenix on Sunday morning.

A man was reportedly speeding north on 27th Avenue when officers pulled him over. The man stopped his car but immediately sped off as officers exited their patrol car to approach him.
The suspect then crashed into a second vehicle.
Two adults in the second vehicle were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
