2 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on 90 Freeway near Sunset Way in Issaquah
Issaquah, Washington (May 1, 2023) – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Issaquah on Sunday evening.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the accident happened on the westbound Interstate 90 Freeway, just east of Sunset Way.
A vehicle was traveling eastbound when it drifted into the opposite lane and collided head-on with another car. Two other vehicles were involved in the collision.
Two people were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The westbound lanes of the freeway were temporarily closed.
Additional information about the accident was not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
