2 Injured in Collision on Highway 162 near Cherry Street in Chico
Glenn County, California (May 17, 2023) – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a car crash near Chico on Tuesday morning.
The collision happened on Highway 162 near Cherry Street at around 3 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A Cadillac SRX was traveling southbound when it veered off the roadway, over-corrected, and collided with a Honda CR-V.
A woman in the Cadillac was injured in the accident and was taken to Enloe Medical Center for treatment.
A child in the Cadillac was flown to UC Davis for treatment.
