2 Hurt in San Pasqual Crash on San Pasqual Valley Road 

San Pasqual, California (February 24, 2023) – Two people were injured in a big rig collision in San Pasqual on Thursday morning, according to the authorities.

The wreck happened on San Pasqual Valley Road near Bundy Canyon Road at about 11:20 p.m  February 23.

According to San Diego police, a 72-year-old woman was driving a Honda SUV on San Pasqual Valley Road when she drifted off the roadway and crashed into the hillside.

The impact caused the SUV to overturn and it landed back in the roadway, where it was hit by a semi-truck operated by a 33-year-old man.

The woman sustained critical injuries and was rushed to a hospital.

The operator of the big rig suffered minor injuries.

The San Diego Police Department is investigating the wreck.
