Woman Critically Hurt in Santa Ana Crash on Memory Lane near Garden Grove Boulevard

Santa Ana, California (May 2, 2023) – A woman was hospitalized in critical condition after a driver crashed into an apartment in Santa Ana Monday night and fled the scene.

According to Santa Ana police, the incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Memory Lane near Garden Grove Boulevard.

A witness told police that the driver of a vehicle was speeding when they plowed into an apartment in the area.

A woman who occupied the residence was hospitalized in critical condition. Another occupant of the home was also hospitalized in an unknown condition.

The driver of the car fled the scene along with a possible passenger.

No other information was available, but police are searching for the suspects.
