1 Hurt in Redwood City Accident on 280 Freeway near Vista Point 3

Redwood City, California (February 28, 2023) – According to a police report, at least one person sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Redwood City.

The accident occurred at about 1:21 p.m. on February 27 on the southbound 280 Freeway, just north of the Vista Point off-ramp.

Police confirmed two vehicles, including a red sedan, crashed for unknown reasons.

Firefighters and medics rushed to the scene to attend to one person hurt in the crash. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately released.

The vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
