1 Suffers Major Injuries in Redwood City Crash on Highway 101 near Marsh Road Off-Ramp
Redwood City, California (May 9, 2023) – One person sustained major injuries in a motorcycle accident that happened Tuesday morning on a highway in Redwood City.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened just after 8 a.m. on the southbound Highway 101, just north of the Marsh Road off-ramp.
A white Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a white Chevrolet Volt were involved in the collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the auxiliary lane.
One person sustained a broken ankle in the accident. Paramedics responded and took the victim to the hospital.
Both the motorcycle and the car were towed away from the scene.
