1 Seriously Injured in Car Accident on SR 104 near South Point Road in Jefferson County

Jefferson County, Washington (May 15, 2023) – At least one person suffered major injuries in a car crash near Port Ludlow on Saturday.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened on westbound US 104 near South Point Road.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.

Trooper Katherine Weatherwax said at least one person suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
