1 Severely Injured in San Jose Vehicle Collision at 680 Freeway and McKee Road

San Jose, California (May 19, 2023) – One person was seriously injured after a three-car accident Friday afternoon at an intersection in San Jose.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash at around 2:25 p.m. southbound Interstate 680 just south of McKee Road.

Three vehicles were involved in the wreck. The manner in which the crash happened was not immediately determined.

Authorities say at least one person sustained significant injuries in the collision.

An investigation to determine the cause of the incident is ongoing.
