1 Killed in Car Accident on Highway 99 near Chandler Road in Yuba City

Yuba City, California (November 25, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a car crash that happened in Yuba City on Thursday afternoon.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 1:55 p.m. on Highway 99 near Chandler Road.

Two vehicles are reported to have collided head-on collision in unclear circumstances.

CHP says one person was killed in the accident.

The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.

Additional information about the accident was not provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
