1 Killed in Chula Vista Motorcycle Accident on 805 Freeway near Telegraph Canyon Rd
San Diego, California (April 27, 2023) – A motorcyclist died after crashing into a tow truck in Chula Vista on Wednesday morning.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 805 Freeway near Telegraph Canyon Road at around 6 a.m.
A man in his 30s was reportedly riding a 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle when he slammed into the back of a white tow truck that was stopped in the center divider.
The rider suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital where he died.
