1 Dies in Car Accident on Highway 152 near Old Pacheco Pass Road in Hollister

Hollister, California (May 23, 2023) – At least one person was killed in a car crash on Monday night in Hollister.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on westbound Highway 152 near Old Pacheco Pass Road.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The collision sent one vehicle off the roadway and down an embankment.

One person was possibly ejected from a vehicle after the collision.

Authorities say one person was killed in the accident.

The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
