1 Killed in Northridge Car Crash at Roscoe Boulevard and Lindley Avenue
Los Angeles, California (February 16, 2023) – At least one person died after a police pursuit ended in a crash in Northridge on Thursday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident happened at around 1 a.m. at Roscoe Boulevard and Lindley Avenue.
The officers were chasing armed robbery suspects in a dark-gray SUV when the vehicle crashed into a black sedan at the intersection.
The sedan driver was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The SUV driver and a passenger exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. The driver was later located and arrested.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
