1 Killed in Barstow Car Crash on Highway 58 near Helendale Road
San Bernardino, California (February 25, 2023) – At least one person died in a two-vehicle collision that happened near Barstow early Saturday morning.
The fatal crash happened on Highway 58 near Helendale Road, just east of Kramer Junction, at around 2:07 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A silver sedan and a semi-truck were involved in the collision. The sedan became stuck underneath the trailer after the collision.
CHP says at least one person was killed in the accident.
The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.
Additional information about the accident was not provided.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
