1 Killed, 1 Injured in Motorcycle Accident on 15 Freeway near Highway 127 in Baker
San Bernardino, California (November 6, 2022) – A motorcyclist was killed and another was injured in a collision with a semi-truck on Saturday afternoon in Baker.
The fatal crash was reported at around 4:16 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 Freeway near Highway 127, just north of the town of Baker.
The California Highway Patrol says two people were riding their motorcycles when they were involved in a collision with a semi-tractor trailer.
Both riders were ejected from their bikes with one landing in the center divider and another on the right shoulder
One rider was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The second rider was transported to the hospital in critical condition, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
