Glendale, AZ.- One person was killed in a collision in Glendale on Friday morning, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The incident took place on Glendale Avenue and Glen Harbor Boulevard at around 6:45 a.m. April 18.
According to the report, a full-size pickup truck was traveling on Glendale Avenue when it tried to turn left onto Glen Harbor Boulevard and collided with an eastbound car.
The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene while the truck driver was transported to a hospital for evaluation.
The roadway was shut down as authorities worked to clear the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
