Gilbert, AZ. – One person was killed in an accident that took place in Gilbert on Monday afternoon, according to the Gilbert Police Department.
The incident took place on Baseline and Gilbert roads at bout 1 p.m. on April 28.
According to the report, a woman exiting a business parking lot was trying to make a left turn onto Gilbert Road when she collided with another vehicle.
The woman was rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
No further details were released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
