1 Killed in Oakland Crash on Telegraph Avenue

Oakland, California (April 23, 2023) – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Oakland on Saturday morning, according to the Oakland Police Department.
The deadly incident took place shortly after 2 a.m. April 22, in the 2700 block of Telegraph Avenue.
A Toyota Tacoma was reportedly traveling south on Telegraph Avenue when it rear-ended a Mazda CX-9.
The Mazda was pushed forward and it crashed into the back of a Nissan Altima and a Toyota Camry.
The driver of the Tacoma, a 51-year-old Alameda man, was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Other parties involved in the accident were in stable condition.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
