1 Injured in Car Accident on Interstate 82 near Milepost 47 in Wapato
Wapato, Washington (April 26, 2023) – A driver was injured in a crash on Tuesday night in Wapato, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The accident happened on eastbound Interstate 82 near milepost 47 at around 8:40 p.m.
A 40-year-old Granger man was driving a car eastbound on the highway and was rear-ended by another car driven by a 28-year-old Selah man.
The Granger man was injured in the crash and was taken to a hospital in Yakima for treatment.
