1 Hospitalized After Garden Grove Crash on Highway 22 near Brookhurst Street

Garden Grove, California (February 20, 2023) – One person was hurt in a traffic collision that transpired Sunday afternoon in Garden Grove, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The wreck was reported at about 3:40 p.m. on westbound Highway 22, just east of Brookhurst Street.

At least two vehicles were involved in the accident.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to UCI Medical Center with the complaint of pain.

CHP did not immediately establish the cause of the accident, but they are investigating.
