Solana Beach, CA. – Authorities are investigating a car accident that happened in Solana Beach on Friday evening.
At around 9:56 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway near Lomas Santa Fe Drive.
Two cars were involved in the accident. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately determined.
At least one person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
