1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on 10 Freeway near 71 Freeway in Pomona

Pomona, California (April 16, 2023) – One person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened early Sunday morning in Pomona.

At around 2:27 a.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a traffic collision on the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway near the Chino Valley (71) Freeway.

The officers who responded to the incident recovered four vehicles at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.

CHP says one person was injured in the accident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

One driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
