San Diego, CA. – Three people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision on Saturday evening in Oceanside.
At around 7:12 p.m., the California Highway Patrol responded to reports of a car accident on Interstate 15 near Highway 76.
At least four vehicles were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately determined.
