1 Hospitalized After Folsom Car Accident on Highway 50 near Prairie City Road On-Ramp
Folsom, California (March 3, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that took place Thursday morning in Folsom, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported at around 7:25 a.m. on westbound Highway 50, just west of the Prairie City Road on-ramp.
Several vehicles, including a gray Tesla, were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to UC Davis Medical Center with minor injuries.
Several lanes of the highway remained closed as authorities investigated.
