1 Hospitalized After Alamo Car Accident at Austin Lane and Stone Valley Road

Contra Costa County, California (April 15, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after being hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Friday afternoon at an intersection in Alamo, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The pileup took place at about 1 p.m. at Austin Lane and Stone Valley Road.

According to CHP, the crash involved a white Honda Civic, a Jeep, and a pickup truck.

One person sustained a laceration to the right hand. Paramedics transported the patient to Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center for treatment.

An investigation is ongoing to establish the cause of the accident.
