SUV Driver Injured in Cajon Pass Car Crash on Interstate 15 near Oak Hill Road
San Bernardino, California (May 24, 2023) – An SUV driver was injured in a rollover crash that happened near Cajon Pass on Tuesday night.
At around 10:25 p.m., the California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department received reports of a car crash on the northbound side of Interstate 15 near Oak Hill Road.
An Audi SUV was traveling at a high rate of speed when it was clipped by a passing semi-truck.
The impact of the collision caused the SUV to overturn and was hit by a white semi-truck.
The SUV driver was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The semi-truck driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
The California Highway Patrol Inland Office is investigating the cause of the accident.
