Sacramento, California (February 16, 2023) – One person was hurt after a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday evening in Sacramento, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The accident happened at around 7:27 p.m. on February 15 on College Oak Drive and Myrtle Avenue.

Per the report, a Toyota sedan and a silver Kia SUV collided for reasons yet to be determined.

Emergency crews and medics rushed to the accident location to aid one person hurt in the accident. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately released.

The vehicles were blocking the roadway following the collision.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident location.
