1 Injured in Anaheim Car Accident on 5 Freeway and La Palma Avenue

Anaheim, California (February 6, 2023) – One person sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident on Tuesday morning in Anaheim, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The accident happened at around 6:38 a.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway, just south of La Palma Avenue.

Per the dispatch, a box truck and a Ford F150 crashed for reasons yet to be determined.

Firefighters and medics rushed to the scene to aid the Ford driver, who complained of chest pain following the accident. The patient was treated for minor injuries.

The vehicles were blocking the lanes following the accident.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident scene.

No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
