1 Injured in Brawley Car Accident on Highway 86 near W Keystone Road

Brawley, California (March 12, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after two vehicles collided Saturday afternoon in Brawley, the California Highway Patrol said.

The incident was reported at about 4:41 p.m. on Highway 86 at W Keystone Road.

A black Chevrolet Volt collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons.

Firefighters and AMR responded to the scene shortly after the accident.

A female occupant of one of the vehicles was transported by AMR to Pioneers Memorial Hospital with the complaint of pain to the neck and head and a one-inch laceration to her lip.

Police are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
